Prestige Vernon Hotel

The location was great, very close to the mall, and the rooms were generally spacious with two separate queen beds.

For my first night I was put in a room next to an extremely loud fan/generator that kept me awake. I was then moved to a much quieter room for the last two nights of my stay.

The service was excellent. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost. The location was central, very close to restaurant, and the highway & across from a shopping centre. Cafe Starbucks was located 5 minutes walk away.

The room had a nice big king-sized bed and I could get a wake-up call when I needed one. The location was great, especially the cozy sitting area 🌟.

Large, clean room. Comfortable bed. Staff and services are excellent. We needed a kettle to make tea and guest services provided one for us. Restaurant on site. Shopping close by. Parking excellent.

Need a small fridge for milk rather than a wine cooler.

This place is the best choice in the area, with spacious rooms and a convenient location near UBC Okanagan Campus, plus a fantastic restaurant and lounge bar.

The "Queen" bed is actually a double. The room was old and musty and smelled like smoke. They did a partial reno to up the price and make the pictures look good. This is very much the Super 8 with a nicer foyer.

Clean, spacious rooms, friendly front desk staff. Good location, Good food at the Bistro, positive stay..................will return

Not sure how they schedule their room cleaning but I had to ask to have my room cleaned around 3:00pm. It was a rushed job and no shampoo, soap etc was left in the room so had to ask again at the front desk. Items around the sink it the bathroom were not arranged. Just looked like a very rushed job with little attention paid to the task.

Central location with a restaurant nearby 🍽️. The hotel was conveniently situated within walking distance to a restaurant.

Very welcoming staff, early check-in and lovely bar. Marvellous magnificent location, the on sight restaurant Bourbon is EXCELLENT.

We were staying at your hotel in Vernon after our trip was altered by a terrific car accident that a family member was involved in and was in the Vernon Hospital for 3 weeks. We ahd intially booked at the hotel in Salmon Arm, and had to cancel at last minute. We were very impressed from the staff at front desk to the cleaning staff. Although we only stayed 1 night at your hotel, we would definitely suggest it to others Thanks again The Richters

The room had great decor, a spacious bathroom, and good facilities like a safe, central heating, and an iron for a relaxing stay.

Justin at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, but it took awhile for his call to housekeeping to get any results. I really liked the size of the room,

When we arrived the room had supposedly been cleaned. I think it had as all the towels were fresh however there was garbage on the tub, floors needed vacuuming, and I strongly believe the sheets hadn't been changed. I talked to Justin and he said housekeeping would be up but we were there 2 hours before we had to leave to keep an appointment and no one showed up. I requested new sheets from the front desk when we left and still am not sure if they really changed them. I also would like to see the floors on main level, elevator, and on the floor we stayed at should also be cleaned. all were very dirty.
